Analytics is very good at measuring behaviour. But behaviour isn't necessarily understanding. A user can read a document, watch a video, click a recommendation, or get an answer from AI without actually understanding anything. So how might we measure whether understanding has occurred? I'll share some initial ideas and then I'd like to work through the problem together.
